COSPAR cancels space science conference in Istanbul

The biannual Scientific Assembly of the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR) to be held in Istanbul on 30 July - 7 August 2016 has been cancelled (... but registrants have already incurred costs for paid registration fees, flights and hotel bookings). This is the first time COSPAR has cancelled a Scientific Assembly. - See more at: https://www.cospar-assembly.org/
